I have had the distinct pleasure to meet Brady Carroll while searching for 1031 exhange property in Delaware. Once he knew my criteria and timing he acted quickly and professionally to match me up to two shopping centers, Harrington Midway Shopping Center in Harrington and Clipper Square Shopping Center in Milton.
The Harrington Midway Center had 4,000 square feet and an outparcel that were vacant at the time of purchase. In addition to Brokering a great deal on the center, Brady persevered and leased up the vacant 4,000 square feet with tenants that complement the mix of our other tenants and brokered a deal with Advanced Auto Parts for the Outparcel.

What can I say about Brady that could come close to describing the incredible level of service he provided? As an out of town seller it could have been very stressful to try to manage the sales process but Brady was there taking care of everything every step of the way (he even personally cleared the trash before the buyers walkthrough!). Brady came up with the perfect marketing plan for my property - taking into account the neighborhood and demographics to bring in a high volume of buyers.
